Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you have ordered and item which has already been shipped we cannot cancel the order until you have received it, please then return the item back to us in the orginal packaging undamaged.

Opened products cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Please note also "Create Your Own" Items cannot be cancelled as once these items have entered production we cannot cancel it.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

We are planning to start shipping into the EU in the rear future.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Please note orders are shipped with Royal Mail, we have no control if there is a delay with shipping once with Royal Mail.

Pre-orders shipping will be confirmed via email. Please note we cannot control if there is a delay from suppliers.

You can also use your online account to view orders and tracking information.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, include all the original packaging.

Opened Items will not be refunded.

We cannot refund "Create Your Own" as these cannot be resold.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

No Refunds on TCG Items

No refunds will be issued for TCG items, including but not limited to blister packs, booster packs, and booster boxes.

Due to the nature of these items being opened, resealed, or sent back to us, all sales on TCG items are strictly final.

Pre-orders

What is a Pre-order?

A preorder allows you to purchase an item before it is officially released or restocked. This ensures you secure the item before it sells out.

Will I be charged immediately for a Pre-order?

Yes, pre-orders require either full payment or a deposit at the time of purchase, depending on the product listing.

Can pre-order prices change?

Yes, pre-order prices are subject to change. If a price increase occurs, we will notify you and provide the option to pay the difference or cancel your order.

When will my pre-order ship?

Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page. However, these dates may change due to production or supplier delays. We will keep you updated via email.

Can I modify or cancel my pre-order?

You may request modifications (e.g., size, color, quantity) or cancel your pre-order before it ships. However, transaction fees are non-refundable.

Do you refund transaction fees if I cancel my pre-order?

No, transaction fees incurred during payment processing are non-refundable.

What happens if my pre-order is delayed or canceled?

If your pre-order is delayed, we will notify you with updated shipping information. If we have to cancel your pre-order due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund (excluding transaction fees if applicable).

How can I check the status of my pre-order?
